Heirloom Vignette Portraits are a unique offering, and the ultimate goal is to provide you with timeless, heirloom prints to be displayed as art in your home. Your portrait sitting session allows us to capture sweet expressions of your little one. After your portrait session, you'll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images for final editing. Your images are turned into works of art with every detail perfected, and delivered to you in a final gallery where you can order prints for your home, as well as prints as gifts for loved ones. Custom framing is available through LMP.

Every image is significantly retouched to create a southern style heirloom vignette portrait.

FAQS

1- What is the best age for an heirloom session?

Any age from the time a child is sitting up until about 10 years old. Lauren’s personal favorite age to photograph is around 3 years when children still have some of their baby face but their personality starts to shine through.

2- What should my child wear?

For a true heirloom look, choose white or light color clothing that has details like peter pan collars, lace, smocking, etc. Lauren has a full wardrobe for children sizes 9 months to 5T for those that prefer utilize our client closet.

3- Where does the session take place?

Heirloom Portrait Sittings take place at Lauren’s Studio in Town and Country, Missouri. Sessions are by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
